They stocked rainbow and brown trout in the local lakes two days ago. First day only got two. Yesterday I managed 15....They seem slow to bite and they are chasing each other all over and jumping out of the water! I was wading in about ten feet out from shore and several swam right into my legs...Fun days..I hope to get there again in a few days...

A few silvers from Ketchikan.

what is the neck knife? ^^

CRKT Dragon. Great size and I really like the wharncliffe blade shape. Apparently there was some kind of crack in the blade that has developed some rust though. It was cheap though and served the bait and bleeding task very well!

supper tomorrow yellow perch
Total of 8 also picked up a 14 in largemouth but they are catch and release in the lake I was fishing. B.T.W. we are expecting 3-5 inches of snow overnight

There are no perch here but I have ate them before. They just might be the best fish I ever had.

I caught them late today . They started biting around 4:30 it was steady rain and 50 degrees since minnows are scarce here this time of year I used feeder goldfish for bait

Plumber I am curious what lake you are pulling those nice Perch out of? Is it private or public? Reason I ask is I live in Middletown and would love to catch a stringer like that.

Got out on the ice yesterday for the first time this year.
Some good walleye action with a few hogs in there. My bro in law and his buddy caught the big ones this time

Those are some tasty looking fish.

So maybe mine don't count - one is not actually a fish, and the other is from last year - but I'm putting them up anyway.

The Mahi was caught in the Sea of Cortez on a handline with a little pink rubber octopus lure. I shot the lobster just a couple of days ago on the south coast of Puerto Rico. I didn't realize how big that one was until I got it out of its hole.
