Fixed blade knife breaking in pocket?

I thought that's what the bat gave...

Oh man, I am lost now...
If the bat needs a tactical prerequisite, but it also gives a tactical quotient, how does one get to the caliber of an operator needed to acquire said bat?

Man, being an operator must be confusing... Glad I don't hang out at the mall.

Pretty simple actually. You just open your inventory with the xbox controller and select the item in question and it will give you the stat page and you can check the status requirement to equip that item and any stat boosts it gives. The op needs to equip the Oversized Pocket Fixed Blade for the the status boost on it because without it he won't have enough status points to equip the Tactical Pants Bat. Simple. :D

Now I need pants?!?

Nope. There's a bug in the programming and your pants related equipment slots are available whether you're wearing pants or not. In fact my guess is that he may wear the fabled Basement Shorts +4 that double the healing effects of all hotpockets consumed. If you're going to be a real operator you need to take advantage of things like this.

Almost every person that I have encountered that was into martial arts never said a word about it, and I learned of it through a third party or actually getting to know them. Some I would never have guessed they were such advanced students/practitioners of the art.

That was kinda my point ... any instructor I ever had would have sent me home until I realised the right reasons to be there ...
Now Im sad though I can't qualify for the tactical bat ... sigh ... that stretch from second to third is pretty scarey and rough ... nearly as bad as the area between Cinnabon and JC Penny in the mall ...
but have no fear I grabbed an old set of tube socks ... the sewing machine ... my athletic supporter ... the welder ... and one of my Esee Jungulas ... and I won't sleep until its created ...

If the OP is looking for status , yet wants to remain somewhat discrete , a single finger knuckle ring or triangle around the neck on a break away chain would do it. Slightly intimidating, socially acceptable as personal jewelry, but not nearly as confrontational as a large fixed popping out of the pocket.

Impressive. I didn't know cattle ranchers were so versed in high-speed low-drag Xbox operation.

Gaston, in another thread you said you have only legitimately used an outdoors knife 5 times.
Why should anyone, anywhere, value your completely uninformed opinion?

You don't know about using knives.
You don't know about sharpening knives.
You don't know about survival.
The only thing you do know how to do is ruin perfectly good knives.

It is a mystery why you continue posting on a knife forum when you know so little about them.

I was just about to say similar. Thanks for saving me the trouble.

I dabble. I'm not at Tactical Pants Bat level though. You need the Malljutsu DLC level cap increase for that and I live too far from the mall. :(

I just love that I finally got to use the phrase "Tactical Pants Bat". One more thing crossed off the bucket list.
Knife News just leaked that there will be an entire line of Tactical Pants Bats in the "2018 Cold Steel: Ball Field Operator" catalog.

You can actually level-up your Tactical Pants Bat level by spending time clubbing rats with blunt objects in the World of Warcraft. Kids these days waste too much time in Call of Duty...

I must thank you all for the education I get coming here.
Who wooda thunk a knife forum is the place to learn the true essentials??
I sincerely thank all of you!
Joe

Has anyone tried both a tactical pants bat and tactical leggings at the same time? Truly a intimidating sight! You can see the vei-I mean, grain of the wood through the spandex!
