Its a fantastic blade, but the stock sheath is basically unusable IMO. Kinda a shame, I feel this knife would've deserved a nice kydex straight from the factory.Nice, good looking blade!
Go to imgbb.com and upload and post the bbcode in this threadI recently bought an old knife at a market in Georgia the country, not the state. It looks like an old Khanjali straight blade dagger. I am trying to figure out age / time frame. Any ideas? I am new to the Forums and don't know how to post a picture.

1311 is one of my "favs" too. It's almost perfect
The bigger one with the sharpened swedge, is a MEAN cutter... the 15n20 has good edge stability so far too.YAY! Hopefully you find them enjoyable.
It's pretty tough stuff. I've been impressed with every knife I've had in that steel. The bigger one with the sharpened swedge, is a MEAN cutter... the 15n20 has good edge stability so far too.

I'm a big fan of the easy going steels. Don't get me wrong, I like PM steel too, but I also enjoy using Arkansas stones, so the simpler stuff usually gets the nod. It's the fun, ugly, girl friend of the knife world......
No body is going to brag about having it, yet some of the best memories are with "Her" i love that steel!!!
AEB-L too
