That's So true about using other people's knives in their kitchen. Really is.I think I use my custom kitchen knives more than any other knife. They're such a nice luxury to have and make meal prep so easy.
I love the rounded spines on them. Makes it so much easier when you have a lot of cutting to do.
I think she'll love the knife and it'll be something she uses more than she realizes. The first time she has to use someone's knife block set from target, she'll be blown away by the knife you make her.
Some people may not know enough to be jealous, but anyone that's used a high end or custom kitchen knife will be.That's So true about using other people's knives in their kitchen. Really is.
