EDIT- I'm pretty impressed with the "blackwashed" finish. I can play with this thing for hours, wash it, hit it with a little "3-IN-ONE", and it's back to new.

If I don't run out of daylight, I need to get a pic of the 2nd Gen/third run/K329 version. That's the one that I meant to throw behind my truck seat, a few days back. I just grabbed the wrong zippered case. :(


Both are sexy and crazy AF knives, but that K329 version is definitely the SEXIER of the two! (*in my very humble opinion)
 
I'm getting the itch for new knives again 🙄 a cpk edc handle with a 4 inch minimum blade. Something along that size range as I actually carry fixed blades most of the time. Typically in settings where fixed blades wouldn't be seen but it's not the end of the world if someone catches a glimpse of it, I'm the boss. (Da plane boss da plane)

So, brethren, any suggestions? Some of you all have a darn good idea of what I gravitate to.

Man, I've EDC'ed a TOPS 20th Anniversary "Tex Creek" (*4.25" blade in CPM 154), in one of Matt's "Armatus" sheaths, for months at a time...

I know that you live pretty close to The Gulf. As a "sweaty" South Texas Rednexican, the above combo has proven to be pretty righteous. 🤣

If you can find one, it might be worth the search. Just sayin'.

Good looking knife, oddly enough I haven't had any tops knives, esee and becker I've had quite a few. I do like some of TOPS designs and somehow never got around to getting them. I reckon I'll end up with one at somepoint. That tex creek looks fire, the xl version too. I'm gonna poke around tops and see what else they got cooking 🤔



I don't live by the gulf, I'm in bourbon country 😉

That's the ticket, gonna snag one. Thanks for bringing me back to this, I had an s grind volunteer 4.5 that I traded for an rmj shrike s13. Very good quality. I think I was attracted to the handle on the model 3? But the blade was to short for me, this one is the same handle with longer blade 😍

Take me money pearl. Lol (mr.krabs reference)

My 4.2 has been on my belt just about every day since I got it. It just feels ‘right’. Bart really makes great knives.
