Rehandled this Bolo for Brother Bill. He got it years ago when he was stationed in the Philippines. It was originally handled in water buffalo horn so that's what I used. I cleaned up the blade a lil too. It was in a very "hand forged" condition. Cleaned it up but left some of the hand forged there:

Then built a sheath for it:

Gave it back to him while at a teppan restaurant celebrating our daughter's birthday:

And poof he was gone:

Yep.

Also don't worry, I still have 4-5x more DMC Knives than Horsewright knives - I'll need 2 more years to catch up...

I'm making more all the time. Built one with you in mind just now. A Rodeo dressed up like your Ranchero! Second row from the bottom on the right:

Yeah I didn't make some of these. They're all lined out to be assigned a slot in the box for sheath making.
