This Vaquero with rams horn.
A Cowboy with sheephorn.
And this Gordo with dyed and stabilized box elder.
When I put a new batch of knives up for sale I always kinda play a mind game with my self. Which is the first to sell? Missed completely this time. I'd picked this Ranchero with ironwood and an ironwood spacer.

What’s the blade length on those?
That one is 4.7”, 9.5” OAL, spine .155, 61 HRC

Ooooh, sounds and looks like a real cutta!
Kepharts have a deceptively simple blade shape. They don’t look like all that much, but when you use one and figure it out, they really shine. Especially full flat ground and in a relatively thin blade stock like this one.
Let us know how it does when you put it through some paces.

I went and did it,I got a Demko Armiger from knife center with Magnacut, I wanted a Magnacut blade to try and it is in a fixed blade. I sort of liked the DBK 10th anniversary version but this one is more my style and price range, hope it will be a good one.

Top to bottom: Mod 12, Mod 11, Mod 4.2, Mod 4.5, Mod 3, Kephart. The Kep and Mod 3 are AEB-L and the rest are 3v.

What a week!! Last Saturday scored my first Volunteer Knife on the Knife Exchange. Whitney and Bart got it out Monday morning and it showed up Wednesday. Then yesterday I get a notice that a package from Jonni Jo Carothers is scheduled to arrive today.
So in one week I received my first Volunteer Knife - Model 3 in AEB-L and my Carothers’ 3” EDC, that was preordered mid-October.
Which one do I carry first? Or do I go double fisted?
