Nice!!!
Looking good...A couple I recently finished.
This is a small edc blade. 4" blade, 3.75" handle, .090" blade thickness in D2. Tried a cross draw pancake sheath and it doesn't fit well on my gun belt. I'll have to make another sheath for this one. Probably with an ulticlip.

This one is more of an out door hunter style. 4.25" blade, 4.25" handle, 1/8" thick D2 blade. Mesquite handle scales.

I think she was mid licking her lips, hoping she'd get the leg lolThat look on your dogs face!
"Holy sh*t, what did you do to Frank?!"
We would do about 90 chicken in a day every year when I was a kid. Grandpa used a stump and hatchet for a while, but then went to sharp pair of loppers towards the end of his chicken killing careerGonna take several days to process birds but got a start today:View attachment 3061260View attachment 3061261
Do you have to sneak up on em? How does it work on a bird that big
That's a lot of bird processing in 1 day! I try to keep it to less than 15 in one session lol we mostly pluck because crispy skin is delicious and that gets tedious, especially on ducks. As far as doing the deed, a larger strong snipper would work well, I use the 1311 above. We would do about 90 chicken in a day every year when I was a kid. For the emus I used a well placed .22 to the head and let them get their death kicks out before getting anywhere close. Their legs are so strong and they kick so fast and hard during the departure you can hear the wind whipping sound over the nail on the big toe. Amazing meat and oil though, unlike any other bird I've had.Do you have to sneak up on em? How does it work on a bird that big![]()
