Fixed blades

I like the look of that Lunar Light Forge, thoughts??
I'd say this blade is worth a hand made fee.

I picked up an earlier effort from the maker, 5 yrs ago or so, and it is much rougher fit/finish wise and the blade was not evenly shaped resulting in a wonky edge, but sharp. Truly, handmade, but perhaps too "rustic" in that the aesthetic contributed to some quality issues, in my opinion.

But, it was sharp, could be re-sharpened readily, and I like the rustic-look done well....so I've kept an eye on this maker and over time, have picked up other blades and recently, the one in the picture and this seax:

Over time, fit and finish have improved greatly, significantly, and the 2 new blades from 2023, remain sharp and sturdy through woodsy type tasks this spring. Easy to sharpen, pretty beefy, convexy primary grinds down to very slight edge bevels.

Leather sheaths have always been well made and fitted to each knife and that continues on my recent purchases.
