Anyone get one in yet with the squared off spines? Curious to see how it looks/if they were coming along

Andy, I think that was an option which was only limited to the pre-orders. It remains to be seen whether Nathan will do any for the regular sales but if I had to guess, I'd say more toward the end of when those preorders get fulfilled.

Nathan was never very warm & fuzzy about unchamfered spines or those with higher Rockwell with thinner blades which were termed as "not-a-good-idea".

Sounds good; makes me shudder every time I scrape a firesteel with the cutting edge but it works. Looking forward to these coming in!

I believe it's the whole spine.

I've contemplating grinding my own 90degree portion of spine but can't bring myself to do it.

I got my FK2 with burlap and terotuff. Once I put the terotuff on, I haven't taken it off! I like the burlap but LOVE the terotuff haha

Yeah I love the look of Terotuff especially because gray is my favorite color but I've never worked with that personally so I didn't know what I was dealing with I guess. I ended up going with busffed natural Micarta and I really like it but I'm already itching for another knife haha
