Folding 5 inch blade EDC knife?

From what I have read the handle has nothing to do with the lack of a clip. Maybe harkamus can tell me if what I read pertains to his knife also. I read that even with the pivot tightened all the way down that the blade is extremely easy to shake out. This guy said he had a couple episodes with one time cutting his leg and the other cutting his pants before he gave in and used the sheath. If it's made that way for easier deployment I can see the lack of a clip but others have just added their own or dealt with the sheath. I'd add a clip more than likely.
