Been making tacos this weekend. I’m still practicing and taking baby steps for real deals but I’m happy I have seen some developement in the skills. Pics don’t do justice but the beef was really good in these. Today I used larger burrito sized tortillas because nearest store didn’t have small ones. I want to learn making the bread myself and have tried few times but with pretty meh results. I’m hopeless when it comes to baking.
