Some left over bacon grease.....

Since garlic burns easily added late, then some Guinness to steam the garlic, onion and deglaze. Patty goes on top of garlic so it does not get boiled out.

Oh mashed potatoes with Kerrygold butter, half and half, salt and pepper!

Deglaze pan second time - goes in freezer. Will add rich flavor to a stew another day.

Cottage cheese pie doesn't get enough love. Neither does ricotta pie for that matter. Both are great alternatives to the standard cheesecake made from cream cheese.
