Cottage cheese and some dried spearmint leaf. Normally very tame, these Fresno peppers were quite hot so I threw some Greek yogurt on the plate to go with them. And it was really good 😋😁

Interesting. I've never used spearmint in cooking, much less with savory foods. It's been a long time since I had a Fresno pepper but I remember them having a very nice flavor in addition to their heat.
