Food and Blades

A couple of blades helped prepare lunch today. I made crispbread sandwiches. Peeled the cucumber with the Victorinox peeler, sliced the cheese and cucumber with the cheese knife.

My first wife got me hooked on crispbread sandwiches in Poland back in the early 2000s. These had smoked turkey, cheddar, (Kielecki) mayo, mustard and cukes.

If you're in the market for a cheese/fruit knife, I got that one at Amazon and it is quite good and reasonably priced.

That looks like a bad idea.
I see that Valentina’s extra hot in the background. I really like that one. Good flavor and a bit of heat.
Death spiral pepper sounds like it’s out of my league.
Do you put all the seeds/membranes in?
Is there any flavor at all to that pepper or is it just melt your face off?
