Oh my gosh, you own a fixed blade too! What is the food that that nice knife cut up?

This is a serving knife by Thomas Lecas (blade XC75, boxwood handle).
It is indeed a romanesco cabbage.
Today, I simply baked it in the oven.
With a mixture of eggs, mascarpone, parmesan.
