Sounds intriguing, and looks deliciousExotic meal today. My wife's rendition of the chili con carne. She has been a professional cook and masters her art. Her recipe is a secret, she uses a finely dosed blend of peppers which includes the Espelette pepper from the Basque country. That's all what i know.
