All of my family is meatless right now since it's lent but having lived in monasteries for a couple years I figure I've paid my vegan dues.
While I have no objection to teasing Mr. Black, taunting is not something I'd do. Plus (perhaps as an unintentional show of solidarity) several of those shots were actually meatless.

I haven't had hard-boiled eggs in ages - those look fantastic!!
(I could go for deviled eggs, too; my wife makes really great ones, but probably hasn't made them since before the start of the pandemic.)

They were delicious, thanks!
I love deviled eggs too, but I usually only get those at family gatherings. When I was younger, my aunts would always be sure to tell me they brought the deviled eggs, then they’d sneak me a couple before we all ate.
