They were pretty good mate, had the right texture, taste, everything. If the butler had been handing them out on a silver tray, I'd have been fooled completely! 🤣 ;):thumbsup:
 
My wife and I went to a place called Thai Chef in a little strip mall about a month ago. I ordered peanut curry noodles with pork and took some home with me. The next evening, I had my leftovers, but, as is my custom, I added some ingredients to make the food "go farther" and to improve its nutritional value. I finally processed the photo last night. You can see that I added some peas, celery, and onions IIRC. Very good meals at the restaurant and twice at home! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

This particular soda bread has green raisins and caraway seeds .. it's a really nice combination!
