That's so English, beans for breakfast, almost entirely protein. 😃👍

Wife has family in France, I in Austria. I had the best sustained all-day energy on English food. Don't understand why England has a reputation for bad food. I found it to be excellent.

I actually had that about 4.30pm Erik! :D But baked beans are usually part of a traditional English cooked breakfast :) I usually just have toast, so if I get a 'fry-up', it's my second breakfast ;) :D Thank you :) :thumbsup:
