Food of the Gods!
I think I do a pretty good job of eating reasonably-sized portions of healthy foods. But I DO like bakery goods, and must confess that I buy a package of cookies like this every week or ten days when I go to buy groceries.

Usually, I'll put all my groceries in the trunk of the car at the store parking lot, but I take the package of cookies with me when I get in to drive home. I'll put the package on the passenger seat, take off the top, and take out one cookie to eat while driving home as a reward for "good shopping".

I usually eat 2 cookies each day, one after breakfast and one after lunch. Looks good to me!

I think you have the 4 food groups and a practical cutter Gary. Here's another old food foto I discovered. I'm quite sure it's a bagel sandwich I made sometime in the middle of March this year when we had apparently run out of the hamburger dill slices we try to keep on hand for sandwiches. I can tell this because the bagel has a layer of sliced cornichons. (I don't know where my wife got them, and I don't think I'd ever had them before the jar from which the ones on my bagel came showed up in our fridge, but they're some kind of small spicy gherkins.) The close-up shot reveals that the bagel also includes layers of sliced apple, summer sausage, extra sharp cheddar cheese. I don't see any photographic evidence, but I'd be very surprised if the sandwich did NOT also include some type of mustard and/or spicy-hot relish. A serrated Victorinox paring knife did all of the slicing.
