Thanks Bro!!!:thumbup: I think I will stick with my Buds.On top of making knives, I make beer also. I have a recipe for a "guinness" knock off that's pretty good. I started to experiment with it though. First I melted 6 lbs. of Hersheys Special Dark Chocolate and stirred it in before fermenting it. It was pretty good. Then I tried 6 lbs. of Tootsie Rolls. Even better than the Hersheys. Finally, I did the 6 lbs. of Tootsie Rolls, with 3 lbs. of crushed tart cherries. JACKPOT! I took two cases of the Cherry Chocolate Stout to a competition and finished 3rd out of 136 beers in the specialty category. Plus, after the judging, my two cases disappeared in about half an hour. It sounds nasty, but it's actually a great combination!
