Been gone all weekend and just got home. This is the first thread I checked and I gotta say.....There are some VERY creative people hangin' out here!!!! Good Fun Chris...Thanks Again!!!

It was very tough decision but this one by Ol_SC is my favorite.

I like it for a few reasons.

-plenty of handle for leverage on the blade

-very useful blade shape and grind

-executable design

-the dip at the thumb area provides a lot of leverage

-this design will work well with scraps; great job on the graphics!

I think this one will be a great tin knife!

Great job everyone on the designs and thanks to Chris for asking me to help out! :D

Been without a computer for two weeks, just got it back this afternoon. Just in time for this. Here's what I came up with. The scan didn't show up well, so used my daughters coloring pencils to add some color (with her input/help).

They all fit in diagonally, each square is 1/8"

Cool contest, and a lot of useable, interesting, out of the box designs and thinking. I like it.

I'd buy the red one in a heart beat...

Two winners! Thanks Bill. Congrats to the two so far. Moose is up next

My pick is stump busters 2nd row, right hand column. Tin knives are cool, and on a knife that small, you need a good sharp point, and a good handle. Just like with all knives, handles make or break a knife. Its the human interface, without it, its just sharpened metal. :D

A good drop point blade, with enough blade and handle to make it function. Pull off a FFG on the blade, and throw some para on the handle, you got a solid worker.

My pick.

Moose

Thanks Moose! Bill and I are on the phone now and we both picked that one too! Great minds think alike.

Gratz guys. Kinda cool that 2 of my designs were similar to the winners. Scramble around my chromosomes a bit and I mighta had somthin there lol.
