I hate to say this but I paid for the platinum subscription to show my support but also it was for buying and selling too. I kind of feel like I got shafted. Cause in a sense I paid to have my feedback. I know I could have went with gold but like I said before it was to show my support. 🤷🏽‍♂️ sucks to lost money

Two friends get hit by a train on their 40th birthday.
Later in the hereafter, the one man laments that he didn't get to live his full life.
The other man responds, "What do you mean? We got to live for 40 years!"

I give the forum $60 a year because it feels like the right thing to do, and I'm never disappointed.

One person goes to the casino just to eat the food and doesn’t gamble and the other person goes to gamble and not eat the buffet

My point is, you can either be happy with what you have, or long for what you don't, and either way doesn't change the outcome for you.

I wasn’t happy with the income I was making so I changed my situation to earn what I wanted and now I’m happy with my income. Are you saying I was just supposed to sit in my previous situation and be happy, no thank you if so?

Being content with what you have is certainly valuable and wise if that’s what you’re referring to but it still doesn’t apply in this situation. We paid for a membership that gave us certain features and benefits. One of those valued features has removed temporarily and it’s perfectly acceptable to ask when it will return or be a little frustrated that it’s been removed. We are customers paying for a service, most companies/owners act or make changes when enough customers let them know how important something may be to them. This is a unique situation and I understand the owner is at the mercy of a 3rd party. I’m content waiting and I’m still hoping feedback returns sooner than later.

Short of asking for a refund, my advice definitely applies.
Spark has indicated his desire to fix the situation.
In an inconvenient situation that we're powerless to change, we get to choose our attitude.

I would love it if you could show me where Spark promises you the feedback feature.
You've merely had it and become accustomed to it. You've taken it for granted that's a feature you should always have... that in fact, you've paid to have it!
Speak your mind- that's your business, but I'd be careful talking about what you're owed around here.

I guess what I was trying to say is that I used this site mostly for BST and paid for the feature cause I felt it was one step that I could take to stay away from scammers. I never ran into anyone scamming me that had Gold or Platinum beside their name. It was a great benefit to have. The only way to have that benefit was to pay for it so that you could send/receive PMs and deal with trusted people. It kept the "FBGroup" guessing game out of it. Even though I did my due diligence and researched everyone I dealt with, I seriously felt that a scammer would not pay for the subscription. Also, If I am being told now, suck it up, buttercup (funny). I still feel I paid $60 for a feature that is no longer around. Plus I also feel like if I even ask for a refund. I would get banned and be out $60. So my loss

I think you need to re-read my post a few times and focus on reading comprehension and then read again for good measure. And don’t tell me to be careful, those could be considered fighting words where I’m from. Done with you.

No one is going to ban you for your opinion or asking for a refund. We only ban folks for bad and / or dishonest behavior...which comes in a variety of flavors.

So you can whine without worry of being banned unless you cross the line.

Is this Homer or Socrates?

Either way it’s a non sequiter.

As I can’t understand it. 😂

I check the feedback developer's page every day or so. Thus far they've released a 'not for production' update that they are absolutely recommending nobody put into live operations. Until they push an update, we're waiting on them - it's out of my hands.
