redropcola, you better take the pic of the glock down before M67 disqualifies you :D:thumbup:

ps, Im gonna hold out on this contest so if my post # comes up as the winner, pass it on to someone else.

He's already been disqualified ;) :D

Well, if you're number came up I'm probably draw a different one any how. Can't have a free NMSARELBSLE and a free Scrapivor all in the same week ;) :D

Thanks for the chance
I am here because I have a fascination with good tools, gear and knives. I hate to be using something to get a job done and have it break before I can finish. While researching top quality knives I ran across Bussekin. The search was over LOL

Thanks M67! What a nice gesture, and giveaway. Sure a great week for free Busse & kin. Unfortunalty, the only one I own is the Rodent Waki, pretty awesome blade though. We have a drooping pear tree, so all the rotting pears have been my "baseballs" over the last few days. I swing at them, my Pitbull chases down the flying bits.
I'm just starting to get into guns, got my first pistol in July, went shooting with by Brother and his friends today, that was a blast!
Can't say I'm into Weatherby, cause I don't know $hit from $hine-ola at this point, but I hope to learn.
I lurk around the Busse forums more than I post, but love reading the posts, and looking at the knives. Thanks again, very cool!

I'm very new to the community; I bought my first Busse at Blade this year and met some awesome people. While the show itself was a great time, I think it's Busse Combat that will have me going back next year. As for what I've learned... mostly stuff about blade steels, pre-ordering, finishes, ect.
Thank you so much for the chance :D

Thank you so much for the giveaway. I have really gained a community with which to share my interests and hobby, before this, I felt a bit isolated in my knife intertests, honestly I though it was a bit strange, but with bladeforums it has really been an uplifting community and experience.

I came to this forum for reasons unremembered, and I ended up sticking around. I have a few knives, some good times were had, I got no complaints.

Thanks for the chance.

I came here for INFI and have found so much more! It started with a search for a new machete, bounced around in knife test dot com for a minute and it was there I discovered Busse Combat and INFI. From there I needed to know more and my search brought me here, and I haven't left yet.. My first Kin is a Rodent Solution, and my family has expanded to include a Skeleton Key and a Swamp Warden. I like many of the people here, and the info is usually spot on. Plus there is all kinds of knife porn to drool over... Thanks for the chance bro!

First off, thanks for the chance... the frequent generosity of members is just another sign of a great, caring, and friendly community.

I've always been into knives, but this forum has expanded my interest and growing knowledge. I consider myself a newb still to the knife community. I dream of one day being able to sharpen knives :) I'm sure the people here will help as well. As far as Busse-kin goes, I got started with my first Swamp Rat about 5 months ago, I LOVE it! I have a rodent solution in the mail. I've also been saving for my first Busse and can't wait. Never had a Scrapyard, but would love to try them out.

Thanks again for the chance man, and thanks to all for making these forums such a great place to enjoy knives.

Thank you M67, nice opportunity. I got hooked on the Busse drug by the evil monster that is ebay. Since then I started researching to see just what it was I purchased. My on-line travels took to me here to BF, and it has been set as my home page since!

Main thing I have learned is that there actually is a community where people look out for each other. Similar to family, we might have problems with each other from time to time, but over all we get over our problems and come back together. Now, own a more fun note, I learned that there are tons more Busse-kins out there, and I am now a proud owner of 2 Busse, a Swamprat, and SYKCO. These are all choppers, except my SYKCO 511. What I really need is nice little blade for the finer work in life!

I don't own a Weatherby or a Busse. God knows I want to but i am 23, looking for a job out of college, and that will come later. My respect for the Busse quality and innovative nature goes beyond respect and gives me a great deal off reverence for their quality control. I did not understand that my obsession with steel was pretty damn awesome until I registered with bladeforums. To find other people with the same ideals and values is just incredible. I visit this site everyday because I love the family atmosphere. It isn't a common thing to have a thousand other people understand what you are talking about when you say that craftsmanship and attention to detail show character and honorableness in a person and producer and I am excited, (and a little bit relieved), that such qualities are valued by so many people. This site means a great deal to me and though I am an obsessed enthusiast and not a very established member in this site, I still value it as much as anyone. I absolutely love the level of quality that Scrapyard produces and have always wanted to own a piece from them. I can not tell you how much it would mean to me to own a Scrapyard blade and to win a give away on this site at the same time. I think your willingness to hook other knife lovers up is commendable and I hope one day I can do the same thing. Thank you.

Hello, thanks for the chance. I have enjoyed this community of people and I am impressed with the strong values of the members. Since joining I have set my sights on getting me a Busse. And the more I see them and read about them the more I would like one, and thanks to this giveaway I am more impressed with the knife because of the makers of this knife. The people behind the blade can sway me towards or away, I am glad to learn they are awesome people and I am convinced I need one.

Thanks for the chance. I started coming over to blade forums several years ago looking at the various knives. It wasn't until middle of last year that I purchased my first Busse Kin knife over in the swamp, a RMD. Since then it has been downhill for my bank account. After meeting people at blade this year, I realize that I will be making the time to attend again next year since I work down the street. I enjoy the conversations that pop up and the informative posters that always seem to answer the questions as soon as they have been posted.

Thanks for the chance.

I have met some really cool people on this forums, one of which I still keep in touch with after a fantastic trade Russmo. Other individuals on this forum also are great to talk to and deal with. Scince picking up my first busse blade, I have a constant habit of checking this forum to see what everyone is up to and learning from the great posts!

Have to say that one of the finest looking rifles that I have had the privlage of looking at and holding is a Weatherby 7mm bolt action. Sweet guns.

That's a great gesture M67! Thank You!
At the begining I was there for the excellent tools, but now I'm not only for the tools but also for The People. Here I met many very friendly and generous people who helped me lots of times! I also learned a lot from them and from others that write here frequently! I hope someday I'll be able to come to Blade and have a drink with them all! :D
