Nothing fancy but very fanciable Laguioles from G.David. 8cm Mini and 11cm Regular (my names...) both in Juniper. F&F is very good and prices are very reasonable indeed, also noteworthy was excellent customer service from Christophe Durand. They've moved factory to new premises and I'm glad they've managed to keep going during the covid era. Nice everyday Lags and a large assortment including some costlier options.

Does Durand also make the G. David knives? I thought they were different.

Honoré Durand factory is in Laguiole, Genès David shop in St Rémy/Durolle, these are two different societies.

Durand is about as rare as Smith and Jones in Wales ;)

Edit G David moved to Thiers in last april, it seems it is a much smaller shop than before, they don't supply parts to other makers anymore..

Ah, so the Christophe Durand at G. David is a different one than Honoré's brother.
