Oh bummer, thanks any way; have two of those right now and I'm finding it really hard to part with either one. The first one I got is a startac, the other one is a regular one but the blades are finished differently, it's weird. I paid full retail price because I was in the dark![]()
Different finish as in a finer stonewash? I'm sure they differ from blade to blade but a very subtle difference
I'm going to have a Tantozaan up for sale soon. I only need one!
El Dub= Lone_Wolfe
RoF= River of Fire damascus Sebs that she has that I occasionally harass her about selling to me![]()
You would probably be lucky to find that for $1k, depending on the size..
I'm still holding out for El Dub's RoF sale![]()
Vaporstang said I'm not allowed to post here anymore, so I won't be able to sell them to you.
But let me leave you something to remember me by...![]()

You really take good pictures, thanks for posting them.
Thanks!
so the more i looked at them online and the more i kept thinking how it was like a much improved slip joint or old timer i had as a young kid, i stopped in the shop after work and layaway'd a mnandi :d they only had two different flavors, both satin, cocobolo and snakewood. I paid the extra $30 for the snakewood and owe $100 on it, i'll be picking it up friday!
I couldn't wait, I put the Mnandi on layaway last night and bought it tonight. I already feel like buying a whole family of the nice little knife! One thing I'm kind of disappointed in is I thought I was able to remove the clip without having to buy a screw to replace the clip stud. I would really prefer to pouch carry it without the clip on. A shipment also came in while I was at the shop and I got to handle an Inoski, now I not only have a Nyala on layaway but I have a new Inoski on layaway too
The large 21 CF inlay should be in the mailbox on Monday.

It's snakewood. They had two and this one was definitely nicer than the other as far as wood goes.
