UG? I have handled a couple Ti-locks, one regular and one with a design, maybe steampunk? Im on the fence, I played with the regular one for a good 30 minutes while hanging out and I really got a hang of the operation but can't get over the cut outs in the handle, it's not gaudy but it's almost to that point for me. I think I'd already have one or have it on layaway if the scales were solid but then again, knowing the way I am I'll probably end up with two of them anyway lol. Right now my flavor is Mnandi, I want a Mammoth bark as soon as I can find a decent priced piece.
My lord... I think I found a new grail. Is this a custom or "just" a limited run?
So LW, are the Unique's exactly that, unique to each knife? No two Unique's have the same graphic? Many of the one I've seen don't do it for me but I love the 7th one down that you posted. I tend to prefer plain Jane with subtle contrast but that one is cool!
Is this the one you mean?

That one is a standout, and I haven't seen one even slightly similar to it. Yes, a Unique Graphic is just that. There might be others similar, but no 2 exactly the same. Many of the UG's are freeform designs, and Lisa will sometimes make several variants on a theme in quick succession. You can see a real good example of that at Edged Specialities website, if you look for the UG's they have in stock. I can even look at a knife sometimes and tell pretty close when Lisa made it. She also does what I call 'Series UG's'. Night Sky's are one example. She's done a bunch, they're all the same scene, but no 2 exactly the same. Here's some that I have here...

UG designs can vary so much, that they're just a matter of what you like or don't like. While I like them all, I don't love every one I see. Here's just a couple examples of how different they can be...

UG's aren't to be confused with CGG's or Computer Generated Graphics. Those are designs created and loaded into a computer, thus many are made of each design. Here's a few examples of CGG's

Large

A righty-lefty pair of one of my favorite CGG designs, called Trapeze. I now have both larges and the righty small, and am looking for a lefty small to complete the set.

Damn LW! You've been posting "firepower" this whole thread! Awesome!
Oh, and did you say 'fire'?![]()

You have firestorm too!? Aren't there only a handful (literally) of those around?
Ah yeah that's what it was called, I saw a fella post a picture of his set, Large small and mnandi, on Facebook. Pretty cool stuff though it'll never be something I can afford! The bronze studs are interesting, I think they'd look good on certain blades.
