From tactical to traditional

They are all traditionals in style there Mr Bronson.

Looking mean and lean there Mr Bronson, can't wait for your next movie. lol

I should mention that when I said about the Randall that "I would go for the real deal..." I was referring to having it made in a 400 series Stainless like the real deal. If I wanted a real working version though, I would well consider a 3V.

And Charlie, someone like you would fit right in at home in my old home town of Carlton/Fitzroy... or in suburbs here nowadays like Broadmeadows or Glenroy in southern Downunder. There, one can bump into a Charlie Mike on almost every block when they walk around the streets.

Have you got any female Aussie tourists pregnant there in the past by any chance? :D

No chance of that, bruvs ... I'm "snipped" :D

Better safe than sorry aye Charlie... can't blame ya.

Bloke, I go out fishing this morning and by the time I got back you'd sold your TGLB... :grumpy:

LOL!! Don't tell me I gotta stop fishing now... surely not?:D

Someone may be interested in having a look at these, I knocked them up quickly, but it can be done. A traditional style super chopper converted into a traditional style super fighter/survival knife.... sent to Josh at REK then finish the handle yourself or get someone else to do it.

Is there anything that can't be done with a PC and some ingenuity?

That's a really interesting idea. Not really optimal it but may be the only way to make a INFI Randall. The shape of the TGLB is probably closer to the final Randall fighter profile than one of the Busse choppers. I am a steel snob but this thread is really making me want a real Randall knife!

As with most any design, it can be done if one has the will to make it happen... and a few bucks.

It would be a truly beautiful fighter mate, a real 1 of a kind, and it would be a wanted one by many.

But I should also mention that in the end, it all boils down to how well the work on the mods is carried out. If either the grinding or fitting of the hilt and scales goes awol in any way, one could well end up with a knife fit for the bin. Not very comforting after having dropped around a grand on it. It all depends on the quality of work carried out, as it does on any knife.

Dang Coke your good nice job on the redesigning pics of the different blades.

Glad you like it nato... how's fishing been lately? Catch anything yet?
