Sweet. I'm like you when it comes to stoves and mess kits, haha. There's just something about them that makes me keep buying them, needed or not. I bought a Trangia 25-4UL a few months back. I bought the strainer thingy with it. I'm gonna get the aluminum plates that go with it as well. Really looking forward to using that one. First, I wanna try out my Emberlit and 12cm Zebra pot.

Good combo, I think. I have an Emberlit paired with a Mors 8-cup Bush Pot, which is the just about same size as the 14cm Zebra. (Both are 64 oz.)
The 12 works well too though. That's the only size Zebra I own.
 
We made coke can alcohol stoves a while back in a survival training course i did. It worked better than i thought it would, but im still a fan of cooking on a fire when ever possible. Actually just sent off my little chinese camp stove thingy to granite, still never even used the thing.

Camp fires work great for me.

I think the 10cm Zebra is pretty cool too, but, for one, hard to find, and two, a bit on the small side. I feel the 14, and 16cm are too big. I do have a site bookmarked in Canada that sells them. The 10cm, that is.

The Mors pots are sweet. I see one in my future.

Yeah, I saw those, but the price plus the shipping (steep) put it out of reach as far as I was concerned. If Ben's gets them, I might buy one.

I've never seen them at Bens, or anywhere else in the US for that matter. Yeah, $46.98 shipped for a pot not much bigger than a coffee cup isn't exactly what I call a good deal.

snark got all chatty so I started snarking all over BKT.

It's really messy in some places, maybe some disinfectant would clean it up

My sons dog brings me Beckers, plus understands 3 languages.....



He is not so big on posing for pictures though so i treid putting him on this rubbermaid lid to keep him in frame for the camera


He decided he wanted to roll over instead of follow me, oh well it listens as much as a real puppy does. about half the time, the other half it does what ever he wants
