I think a lot of people are a little nervous...or maybe it's just a severe case of snarkalepsy....
Those pics of Grenada and the "Mandalay" were pretty cool...6° note - my "Uncle" Paul Mitchell used to Captain the Atlantis II out of Woodshole....."uncle" meaning my dad's blood brother from childhood.

I guess no one else is up.....

Copper work-hardens easily - even just by rolling it into sheet or forming tubing. Anneal it by heating to red-hot and quenching in water (I know that sounds bass-ackwards from steel, but copper/brass/bronze is weird that way). It will cut much, much easier then. Use a fine-tooth saw blade.

That's been all over FB for the last week or so, too. I like it... simple is good. My 60-yr old aunt even tried and liked it, and she's about as far from a survivalist as it gets :) I did have to explain to her why the can wouldn't just melt, though... :rolleyes: :D

I like snow in the pictures.

In real life not so much. after the first day it turns to half mud half ice, gets black, mushy icy dirty snow piling up on the sides of roads....just not pretty.

Now somewhere off in the country where a million people are not going thru it... then it looks a little better, still doesnt feel good.
 
Looks like I might have a BK9 being delivered today :D

The RTAK 2 is excited to have a competitor.

Sure smooths out the hiking trails....when it's been packed down. I'm always amazed that it gets packed down so fast - wouldn't think that many people are on any given trail after a snowstorm. I always take the snowshoes as a precaution, but 99 times out of a 100 I don't need to use them. Which is good, 'cause they S:DCK!

Yea that would be TOO hot!! Unless i was swimming or something id prefer it to stay a little cooler than that

the ONE thing I like about the garage, it stays 65 year round. Unfortunately I can't do any work in there cause my tools would/do get stolen.

LMAO, the weather needs to just do what i say when i say it!!


Man so Michael kills libby and micheal rodriguez or ana lucia. At first that upset me... but then i started thinking what would I do for one of my kids....

Kill another to save your own child? Maybe not the right moral thing to do, but i cant say right or morale would be what i was thinking about either if one of my children's lives were on the line.
