Your getting all bent out of shape over a transaction that never happened. Let it go man... Get outside and get some fresh air.

I think you're missing the point. I was happy to take this down until I received the PM from Gangsta. Now its a matter of principle. I won't take it down solely because sending me a PM demanding I do so with some rude language is unacceptable to me. I don't deal well with demands of this sort.

That said, I let this go literally a month ago (right after creating the thread). I don't particularly care at this point.

If Gangsta apologizes for his demands/threats then his name can come down. If not, then not.
 
i think this fellows real name should be taken out as well and this thread closed. it's getting the makings of a thread that is "gonna turn ugly." you made your point...i don't agree with it, but then again i'm not seeing everything firsthand like you the op is/has. that said, show all these folks you are the bigger man and remove his real name. no need to have something very minor turn into something nasty.

now i'll walk away since i should know better than to get involved, but i couldn't help myself. both of y'all are entering into the all bad world of pride over reason. my apologies for sticking my foot in the door.

That sounds a lot like a threat (along with the 2nd PM I just got.)

Apologize and admit fault and I will take it down. Otherwise, there is nothing left to discuss.

I've moved on long ago. Until Gangsta bumped the thread this morning I had completely forgotten about this thread. Point is, I can take it down and effectively accommodate someone who's been stomping his feet threatening and demanding or I can not.

Umm, I don't mean to take sides or stir the pot but, that sentence in itself is a threat.

And I don't think there is any reason to having your name posted nor I there any real reason to be concerned about having your name posted.

Just so that I am clear, you think making random threats and making badly worded demands is perfectly fine? How about not honoring your commitments?

I guess these actions/beliefs are a good indication of your character.
 
i did not feel like going forward with the transaction so i shut it down, how is that not clear to you. Im not asking for you to delete the thread but to take my name out of it. Its invading my privacy.

This made me laugh pretty hard.

You're on a PUBLIC forum. There is no expectation of privacy here. There is no privacy to invade. Whatever, you either don't get it or purposely are conflating the issue. Whatever. I'm done debating; enjoy the rest of your day. If you decide to apologize then let me know. If not, then not.
