Almost every knife you make could have the K in it - hawK, hiKer, scanducKie, Riverwoods Kompanion, Mack's Kutlass - I always think of a K in the name to align with that K on the blade (or handle)

Hi guys -

Kirill and I made it home safe and sound. We both had an awesome time, and it was very nice meeting John (darkmatter35).

I will wait for Mr. K's picture thread and post my pictures - but they are already up at iammoon.com in the albums.

Here is a picture of the sKraper for those who are in suspense.

It came to me that a kydex (or whatever this improved material is) would make a great ice scraper for frost on the windshield of my truck, so I asked John to come up with something based on one of my always stellar design drawings (ya right).

John added the grommet and the bevel cuts and made the finished product look like a winner. I will try it out in the morning to see how it works, but I am confident this will be a winner! Sorry to mess with all of you that thought there might be another cool knife coming out today......

Well - maybe you won't be disappointed after all - here is the viKtim - I think we decided to add the K treatment to the name of the torture test passaround knife.

I already started the beating on this poor knife - I used it to baton through some frozen ash wood - the viKtim did not even notice that I meant to abuse it - it was unscathed save for a few scuffs on the blade from the wood. This is one tough knife.

It was a good time, thanks everyone! I'll be looking forward to a spring gathering(hopefully winter isn't long) where we can have more fun with playing with knives, hawks, hatchets, or whatever. Maybe even do some more bushcrafty stuff.
