One of my pet peeves in the service. As more mail comes in, it's supposed to be rolled BEHIND the earlier mail. Lazy workers push the mail to the wall, and roll later mail in front of it. A week later, they are still rolling more current mail in front of the old mail.

Reminds me of my shipping company days. "Er, fellas, howsabout you clear that pile of old parcels before the recent ones, we have people here expecting their stuff. And we have things to ship out too. Kthxbai."

And I wasn't even in any kind of managerial position. Just a customer service prick.

I am undergoing major shipping stress lately. First we had a postal strike that lasted a week and then sort of ended. Now our track and trace service has been out of order for 3 days.

I am expecting a rare and pricey item (think 'carbon fiber' and 'S90V') and it is running late. Damn it all to hell, if this gets here safely I swear to the postal gods I will never skimp on shipping again!!!
