Yes. You can see the cut out in the liner. So is the Orange Scramble getting the easy open treatment?
Well, it’s been my experience that if you don’t have a relationship with a dealer and are not on their early reserve list then it will be difficult to preorder one. I hope that you’ll be able to score one on a drop.Could anybody be so kind as to help a fella figure out where to preorder one of these? Thanks![]()
I’ve heard that for a year but try as I might I haven’t been able to make it on any early reserve lists and I don’t know who to contact to get on them- every time ive tried they say they’re full up even months ahead lol. I guess that’s the game nowadaysWell, it’s been my experience that if you don’t have a relationship with a dealer and are not on their early reserve list then it will be difficult to preorder one. Aaarghhh! Is that from motor-bike riding?? I can see your point then, but Wright knives have a 9.5 pull anyway so it's not too surprising....However, I'm lucky not to have those problems-plenty others- my objection to EO is based upon ironically, an injury. My ring finger tip right hand was partially severed in an accident long ago, it was re-attached well but left a big painful scar that even now feels unpleasant against things- cut out on knives when gripping. The other objection is aesthetic - you dock a lot of fine scale material-rather like unnecessary end-capsWill you might change your mind about EO if your fingers start looking like this. Like The Rolling Stones said, “What a drag it is getting old”. I had two large lambs modified to EO because they were just too difficult to open otherwise.

It’s not from riding my MC. It’s just old age arthritis. Luckily it’s for now mainly on my left hand and I’m right handed.Aaarghhh! Is that from motor-bike riding?? At least GEC is now offering a different variation on the 56 with EO ( the Hawkbill/Pruner has one rather weirdly) and not going for whimsy by putting a Tick pulling tool on it too for the house dog/cat![]()
No half stops on 56s, just the 55s.Does anyone know if they will have half stops?
Discussing the beauty of an EO notch. Why that EO on the new run #56? It will not get a design award!
Did a stronger backspring make it necessary?
