Thanks to the generosity of Paul PMEW (see http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1278876-My-Very-First-WLST!), I now have my first WLST!

Here's the first pic I took of it

I figured Paul would send you one of his ugly 25s, to try to clean out the unwanted WLSTs. Instead, he has sent you the pick of the litter! Congratulations! It's a beauty!

Jake, that bone is gorgeous! Is that from GEC? Or were the blue bone covers added later?

Thank you Scott! This is one of my favorites and took me a while to track down. It is also my 3 year old sons favorite and he refers to it as "his blue knife". Figure I'll give it to him on a special occasion someday. It is from GEC which they call "stonewashed blue". I refer to it as smurf bone though.

Thanks to Pertinux, I had to get one in jobillo wood because I love turn this stuff, and its great to find some covered on an awesome little knife.
(I am never going to sell this knife so I EO modded it, which I love the look of and ease of use.)

I'm still missing the jobillo from my collection of 25s from 2012. They're hard to find. Congratulations on finding one; I'm averting my eyes to the modification

Edit: a kind forum member has pointed one out to me that has been sitting under my nose so to speak. I feel a bit of a heel now.

Thats a great pic plk7. The jobillo wood is beautiful, depending on the light it appears a pale gold and others a fiery orange/brown.
I modded it because it had a pull of 9 and the small blade was a nail breaker, I'm a big fan of the EO mod.
Waiting for more from GEC, maybe in cocobolo, hint>hint>
