PMEW thats a wonderful knife! Not only do the clip and Wharncliff compliment each other for cutting tasks they look good together.
I have a particular liking for their clip secondary, I think it makes for an excellent little slicer. A partnership with a straight edge is an exceptional pairing

My guess and hope is that they will make some more this autumn or shortly after. All the existing inventory at the dealers is long gone and the last run was a pretty big one. The price of the 2015 models has gone way up on the exchange and other markets. So, to me, that means there is plenty of demand.I have never really cared for the 25 but kinda getting the itch now. I need a good stag knife with some well matched popcorn scales.
Think we will get a 25 soon?
Ever since stumbling upon this thread I have become obsessed with this pattern. The wealth of knowledge and beautiful examples posted have been both enlightening and enviable And as you point out Travman, the secondary market can be cruel to the addicted...My guess and hope is that they will make some more this autumn or shortly after. Current plan is that GEC will be producing the #25 Barlow in both Tidioute and Northfield trim. Single Spear Blade. The Northfield is an SFO for CollectorKnives.
The Tidioute will have a long bolster and the Northfield will have the long UN-X-LD stamped bolster. I have no concrete information on the Tidioute yet.
Northfield: Long pull, satin finish blade, no etch, no shield.
Buffed stag is stag that was previously culled due to lack of character that will be buffed near smooth.
No price / time estimates yet. Details subject to change.
