Wow, your custom 46 is so beautiful. The mammoth is splendid. It looks like the banner shield was reused which is a very nice touch. The fluting on the bolsters is unique. I don’t think I’ve seen that style before.

I never really loved the satin finish on the ironwood Whaler so I polished the bolsters and wood using my polishing wheel. In addition to the bolsters and shield looking smooth and shiny, I think the wood grain can be seen much easier now.
