That's king stag right there. perfectly balanced with the jagged line near the bolsters instead of the teardrop shape of most of the others. Well done sir.

This one is getting some sunshine today. I am enjoying seeing all the photos. Those stag covers look amazing! Keep posting those photos.

Here's my only 77 Barlow.

Here's my 77's in pioneer bone and some super gnarly stag! I tried to capture the depth of the stag covers in the last two pics, it's some of the best I have in my collection. The pioneer bone is great too, I really like the color and texture of the covers. The f&f on both knives is almost perfect, the pull on the pioneer is probably a 6-7 and the stag is a little less, maybe a 5-6. This pattern reminds me a lot of the Queen DB barlows that were produced a few years back, with the weight and blade configuration. Great barlows Mike, you really hit it out of the park!!!

Killer stag! I think that was in my top few as well.

There has been some great stag examples shown here, top stuff!

Great looking pics everyone! I removed myself from the list early on because I wasn't warming up to the Wharncliffe blade…big mistake on my part.

I'm sure you are tired of Frank and me posting how this forum is for the discussion of the knives, Lord knows we're tired of repeating it. This forum is not the place to post how much they cost, who is selling them and all the other commercial stuff that doesn't belong here but keeps getting posted.

To that end I'm going to try and stop making these annoying posts and start issuing infractions instead. So those of you who don't know how to take a hint, consider this a warning.

Killer stag and great pics, thanks for sharing!

Al, absolutely a gorgeous knife.

That's king stag right there. perfectly balanced with the jagged line near the bolsters instead of the teardrop shape of most of the others. Well done sir.

Thanks!

Nick, that's some beautiful, gnarly stag! ... and the pioneer bone looks perfect!

Todd, that is one beautiful knife and sheath!

Thanks all for posting pictures. Let's see some more!

@ Todd, what a dynamic duo my friend!!! I am fortunate to own one of Al's amazing sheath's thanks to Pete, aka Stitch:thumbup:

I keep my 1970 CASE red bone Trapper in my sheath in my Carhartt jacket chest pocket;)

Gary and I are of one accord on this.

I have had these 2 for a couple of weeks now. I am finally getting around to posting some photos.
I think the guality is great as usual with GEC. The size suits me fine. I am well pleased with the 2
examples I received. Thanks Mike for making this happen.

I had one of these pre-ordered in stag on day one, and the notice got trapped in my spam filter. I am heartbroken to have missed out on this, and so my pre-order was sold off.

If anyone has one they can sell out of the kindness of their heart, please let me know.

I got my red camel and bottom of barrel stage. The red has some white in it.The bottom of barrel is smooth,it sure isn't bottom of barrel in my mind.I am very happy with both of them.Nice size great job on these Mike.
