I am curious about that as well. Are the covers super thick like the 93 natural bone?
while I love bone covers, the 93 was too wide for me with that cover choice.
GREAT looking knife SteveThis came yesterday and went straight into my pocket this morning.

Actually, no. They're very slim, at least on mine. Are the covers super thick like the 93 natural bone?

I just love those Gnarly handles!! Coupled with that great color, bolster and blade, we have a good candidate for Knife of the Year!!This was in my mailbox yesterday!

Thank you, Charlie! I feel grafeful to have this guy, for sure. I was not prepared for how nice the color would pop in person, and can say I don't think I have anything else in my GEC (or traditionals in general) that's quite like it. A winner!I just love those Gnarly handles!! Coupled with that great color, bolster and blade, we have a good candidate for Knife of the Year!!![]()
Glad to hear you say that. Started kicking myself for going bone instead of OD green right after I placed the order, but I would have been kicking myself if I’d gone the other way, too…I was not prepared for how nice the color would pop in person…
That is definitely the way on these. I will say that every single 86 variant in this run I've seen have been absolutely perfect. I have not seen a bad knife yet.Glad to hear you say that. I certainly agree with you my friend . The only reason that I will not be getting more than one , if that , is because of at my age I do not need any more . But being 81 and high on drugs right now , that may or may not be a Rational Decision , who knows . Every Model looks Great .That is definitely the way on these. Whelp partner, I can't argue with that. Mine are also very slim. My bone 2AB is about half the thickness of the angus jack. Very slim package for a larger knife.Actually, no. They're very slim, at least on mine.
Yep !!!! 1 in each pocket and for when playing Splits , 1 for the Right and 1 for the Left .Whelp partner, I can't argue with that. So, what I'm hearing is that you've been carrying Traditional pocket knives since the days when they were just...pocket knives!![]()
