Well, they are up on Mike's site, and he is always pretty fast with the shipping.

They are still in the "early bird" section. According to his web site that means they have shipped from the factory, but have not actually arrived yet. It may be another few days before he can start sending them out.

Thanks for the correction. I completely missed that they were in the early bird section. But it's nice to know that he appears to have a few available for those who didn't sign up in advance.
