GEC Bullnose

USPS is usually accurate for deliveries to me.

Picked mine up this morning. Fit and finish are great for a Sodbuster. Not great compared to my other GECs. For the price though, Id say they did a fantastic job.

Now, if only it was orange...
 
It's still early in the morning on the West Coast. Mail won't be here for another 6 hours.
 
Arrived yesterday. Don't have an orange one to compare to, but it's sturdy, built to last. Was a little surprised it had half stops, my other brand soddy doesn't have them.

That looks great. I love the extras such as the tube label design and the bull etch. Whoever is doing the artwork at GEC is doing a splendid job.
 
Very nice. However, even if the bull did have cauliflower in its nose when it paused to have its picture drawn, perhaps the Etcher could have omitted that small detail?

I love the blade shape, it has enough of a point without being too fragile. A good working blade, imo. Some of the Sodbusters out there are a little too blunt for my liking.
 
Just got mine and I'm loving it! I had no idea there was going to be a half stop, so that was a bit of a surprise but it's no biggie! I really like the shape of this blade, theres just something about it that really speaks to me. My only complaints would be that the blade is not perfectly centered and almost touching the liner, and that the blade and the spine is uneven. But its no biggie! I'm really excited to see how this 0-1 turns out lol because its really the only reason I got this. The black looks great, and I would still love an orange one but I would take any other color that they would come out with. A huge thanks to Mike and GEC! :thumbup:
 
They look really good. I wish I hadn`t missed out on this one. Oh well I will wait for the next batch. Hopefully a orange, yellow, or green handle.
 
Picked mine up from the post office this morning. It is a great sodbuster and fits my hand well. Think I'll carry it for the next few weeks to see how I like it as an EDC. Should be fine for opening letters and cutting up apples.
 
I always love seeing a box from Mike in the mail, he packs 'em up so nice too...now off to install my lanyard :D
 
Got mine today too! I'm new at this, and this is my first GEC (and 5th sodbuster!). Really surprised by the quality. Honestly, it may be a work nice, but for this rookie, it's the nicest knife I own.
