I've shown these all as a group back on page 8, but here is the individual shot of each knife. Originally made for Perry Miller in 2010 as an SFO. Perry owned the Tuna Valley brand, and had GEC make 100 knives each in Brazilian Cherry, Jig Redbone, and Burnt Stag (2 redbone ones didn't pass inspection, and so only 98 were made). Perry passed away shortly after, before the knives were all sold. The Daniels Family acquired the rights to the Tuna Valley brand, along with Perry's unsold inventory. In order to sell the remaining inventory, and keep them differentiated from the original ones Perry had sold, they modified the bolsters, and the knives were re-released in 2012. The wood and bone ones had the bolsters dimpled by Prater at Painted Pony in Georgia, and the stag ones had the bolsters engraved by jewelry artist Oiseau Metal Arts. Here are the total quantities that were sold of each type.

Brazil Cherry w/ Original Bolsters = 50
Redbone w/ Original Bolsters = 63
Burnt Stag w/ Original Bolsters = 85
Brazil Cherry w/ Dimpled Bolsters = 50
Redbone w/ Dimpled Bolsters = 35
Burnt Stag w/ Engraved Bolsters = 15
