It was the Old Sheffield Jack (and the Bunny Knife) in 2022, and reappeared as the Horse Rancher (and Colt Cutter in the single blade version) in 2024.

Seeing "41" immediately thought "reverse 14 frame whittler!", then saw the specs. Well, cover options are pure classic, so must be the pattern.

mini trapper would be cool. I still would be interested in a 48 slim trapper. I really like the lines, and the GEC 73 trappers are too thick and heavy for my taste.

Production schedule says 3 5/8”, so whatever it is, it’ll be slightly smaller (1/4”) than the 71.

Really hope so, but I bet it would be a cool knife regardless.

In the old times some variations of doctor's/physician's knife were actually a set of two: a single spear jack and a single spatula blade "jack". Just saying.
