Ok great, I'm pretty sure the laptop was triple core. It has 2 had or has 2 hard drives in it too..I wonder if I can sell it for parts or something with the bad CPU.. Damn thing was over 8 hundred and still cost that. 3 years latte

he's on a roll....sorry, took me a minute but I've come full circle now....:) I should have clued in from the start.. :p

thanks I absolutely love this knife, It may possibly be the best folder I've ever owned, not like I've owned anything exotic or really worth mentioning outside of the production line, but its really, really nice... I'm now sold, think I'll get a grip next...

I had a mini Ritter grip, I lost it one day years ago...best folder I have ever owned.

You could put it on eBay for parts, but it won't get much, unless the motherboard and graphics are desirable. You could also replace the processor and have a backup machine or sell it as working.

Is that the Sawyer Squeeze? I really like the idea but read mixed things on the durability of the bags/pouches.

It's the squeeze. The new bag is better than the old ones, supposedly. You can always get an Evernew bag for it.
 
Nice, you'll have to let us know how you like it once you've had a chance to use it a bit.

Yeah I've read those bags will fit the filter. Honestly for the size and weight savings, bringing an extra bag or two as backup isn't a deal breaker either.

I hear that. I guess you can screw these filters directly on water bottles, liter soda bottles, etc.
