yah, Boston Marathon got bombed. looks like some kind of claymores from the reports of "ball bearings" everywhere. in the streets, in the gutters.

some dead, many HORRIFICALLY wounded (limbs blown off). more hospitals per square in in Boston than anywhere in the world, so... many will survive the night.

dozens * many hurt and injured.

Boston is only about 20 sq/miles? that's not a lot of area. 4 bombs in the streets, 2 went off, 2 found and countered. could be more. who knows.

they shut down cell service, to prevent more remotes. reports of a yellow ryder truck potentially filled with worse, that wasn't allowed in, and diverted.

i'd avoid the news for a day, but pretty soon, you're going to see a shitstorm.

as well today: multiple simultaneous car bombs in iraq. related?

Need to go back to the days of skinning people alive then hanging their remains in the town square. Alot of this stupid shit would stop then. We catch you we break out the knives and Sky makes a nice set of saddlebags out of your otherwise worthless hide.
 
So after looking at guns in the morning and shooting carpenter bees out of the air with a bb gun in the afternoon; a manly dinner must follow. What better then stabbed meat. None of that stuff that grows in dirt here, just meat and knives.

if parents would quit fearing there children, strangers, and child services, and spank there kids asses when they need it more kids would grow up with some discipline and respect, knowing there are consequences for there actions makes a big difference.

My next door neighbor is on house arrest, Police show up tonight and I guess he thought he could climb out his 2nd story window and walk on the roof down to his buddies house at the end of the block and the cops wouldn't know because he never left the building, or went out the door... im still laughing and its been a couple hours since they came...

old picture below around xmas time...the best and cleanest this block has ever looked so I took the picture but you can get an idea of the buildings.... He wasn't too bright... people are not meant to live this damn close together either....

It might sound strange coming from me but I agree with you, well, apart from the spanking part. I know a lot of people my age who really need to grow up or take some responsibility.

I hate using laptops unless I've got a wireless mouse with it too. I just find it frustrating trying to navigate around otherwise.

Today I got my new cell phone, and I got a Becker Patrol Pack. I WANT TO LIIIIIIVVVVVEEEEEE! Now I just need a steak and a blowjob and I'll be good for today.

I got the BlackBerry Zed10. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. Blackberry is going bankrupt, they aren't going to have the support long term, they are horrible, blah blah blah. I have the playbook tablet and I wanted the blackberry phone. I'll admit, they are a more powerful force together than even I expected. My tablet (wifi only) can connect to the internet through a "bridge" which also allows all this other cool stuff too, like I can control my tablet through my phone. How badass is that?!

I hear that. I think I've used my laptop less than 10 times in about the 2 or 3 years since I've had it. I never wanted one, but my father in law bought it, thinking I would. Nice on his part, I just never need it really.
 
Yea I have always used laptops but im liking this desktop ALOT.

On another note me and my daughters teacher had a little argument this morning about yesterdays homework. She is in 1st grade, her assignment was to write a paragraph using the words first, next, then and last and the subject was which family member do you like the best. I changed the topic to why we don't show favoritism and put a note in with the homework explaining that I did not agree with the topic and I don't raise my daughter to pick favorites with people. I guess the teacher was offended because she told me not to change the homework assignment anymore and I told her not to teach my daughter bad ethics anymore. we smiled and went our separate ways :)


ETA; I also didn't want my daughter saying mommy and hurting my feelings lmao
