OFM I've had the SRK CV, its actually the very knife that got me into Beckers... While the handle is comfy it doesn't hold up to abuse at all, I wanted something similar size so I sold it and bought a bk7.....

Anyone have Bark River blades? I came up on a deal for one but I want to know how that A2-tool steel performs first. Hardness is suposed to be 58-60 but also how does it sherpen?

It is good for a few laughs though. It makes me want to put on steel toe boots, grab a soda and have some bacon.

In addition to my usual loadout in my BPP tonight, I also have; 2 T.M. Hunt knives, popcorn & caramel corn jelly bellies, chocolate covered espresso beans and a large bottle of mead. Oh, and I'm still at work.

That's funny Sky. I was having the exact same conversation with someone over the weekend.
I'd really like a trailhawk...i think its great for the price...but I won't line Mr. Thompsons pockets.
I work very hard for every dollar I make and choose not to give it to people who annoy me.
Let me say, I don't know Lynn. He might be a great guy, but the way he markets himself and his products annoys me to no end.
 
where do yall see these CS advertisements? Either i need to start watchin more tv or theres something i dont know.

Never seen a single one before.
 
I don't find a single problem with CS.... as manufacturers or in marketing, I happen to think they're a great company who make great tools and happen to have cornered their market with their advertising along with the simple fact they make great tools, some may be gimmicky but lets not say others aren't..

I'll line their pockets any day of the week....

Almost forgot, I picked up a dog tag knife today. Haven't really checked it out much, but it's a novelty I'm sure. It's titanium, chisel grind and engraveable.

that was good for a couple laughs for sure haha!

I'm gonna have to watch a couple more purely for entertainment factor
