Looks like a barlow and swayback runnoff to me.

I will post a final poll between those two once I am back on my feet so to speak.

There is some behind the door work being done on what companies might be interested in a swayback pattern, so hang in there. ;).

Notifications / future votes and signups will take place in appropriate threads like we have always done it.

Sorry I'm a little late getting my vote in here, but better late-ish than never I figure.
Honestly my first choice would have been the serpentine jack, but it looks like it's probably well out of contention. Not a big fan of the Barlows, but might pick it up anyway.
Swaybacks have been growing on me lately, so that's my vote. 1095 or D2 preferred, Jigged bone or micarta preferred, and no odd colors, basic black, white/cream, etc traditional colors.
I'm also with Kohai on the size thing, I'd REALLY like to see a bit bigger knife this year. I was pretty disappointed with the size of last years knife, although obviously I knew that before I ordered it. I'm not sure I will make the same decision this year, so that's my caveat on the vote. In a really great design I will probably go in for it anyway, but I'd be disappointed as well with anything under 3 5/8, and would prefer a tad longer honestly.

I voted for barlow but count me in no matter what the final choice is.

Since a Swayback is out in the lead in this poll, what blades will fit in one, beside a Wharncliffe?? I am thinking a hefty, 3 5/8" knife with two large blades, a Wharncliffe and a ??????? I'm willing to join the main herd, for a consensus.:p

I can't help but want a knife that has a little bragging rights, above a "usual" pattern. Fitting two main sized blades is easy for a cutlery. Still gotta be 1095 or D-2, IMO.

I'd love to see a large single blade trapper with a liner lock and a natural canvas micarta scales.

I voted other for a tear drop English Jack.

thanks for bringing this to the top. I'm in for the forum knife this year.

Swayback - Swayback - Swayback *the chant continues*

I don't own one and would love to get one this way.

Locking this down.
Started another thread for voting on the top two choices.
