I'm not a "very long term" contributor to the Porch (yet!) so I wouldn't toss my hat into the ring on my own behalf. But as others have done and if it's permitted for me to do as well, I would like to submit an entry for someone who is a very long term member. Recently I received an incredibly thoughtful private message here from Will Power Will Power who initiated the conversation just to send some words of encouragement and support. That's it. He had nothing to gain, we were not buying/selling/trading anything on the exchange, but he took time to write to me simply to be kind and supportive. THAT is the spirit of this place, and that is why people stick around and participate. So I'd like to say thank you Will and hopefully earn an entry on your behalf for this incredible knife!

Charlie, I was on Team Smooth White Bone from the beginning, it looks AMAZING. Thank you for all your time spent wrangling the forum knife into reality and for this incredible giveaway!

I'm in. Sadly my jokes are bad and my knife jokes are worse but I'll give it a shot.

Thanks Charlie and Jack, first knee replacement Charlie, had both knees and shoulders scoped in the past, this was a partial on my left knee, I agree about those meds Charlie, I actually can't stand pain meds but in cases like this they're needed short term. I'm onto cutting back significantly already. Ice and hard work at PT make a huge difference :thumbsup:

Charlie, extremely generous of you and a beautiful knife. I won’t enter because I don’t consider myself an old timer on the forum, but I will throw out a joke…at least it made me laugh, which isn’t hard to do.

why is grass so dangerous…because it’s full of blades🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

So, as I looked for a suitable forky stick to whittle into reindeer antlers with my pocket knife, I remembered I needed to carve nine sets of antlers for the complete set.
