Here's my guess, Big Dave's number 33.
I tried to make one in my head, but have never made a leather sheath so I am sure I will miss several steps and they are out of order, but I am assuming this is after the design has been perfected with preset stencil patterns, not starting completely from scratch since you have already made a bunch of these.
Lay one sheet of factory black leather on bench 1
Trace/draw stencil shapes for cutouts, I'm guessing 5 separate pieces (front, back, 2 middles and the strap). 6
Cutout the 5 separate pieces. 11
Punch two holes on the strap for snap components. 13
Attach the four components of snap (two per end if I remember right) to the strap and press them on. 19
Cut notch for strap in the biggest cutout and then feed strap through it. 21
Soak and then fold largest cutout in half. 23
Stack the remaining three cutouts on it. 26
Clamp/glue the stack of leather together and then sew it. 28
Press logo stamp into back of sheath. 29
I forgot to remove any overhangs to even up the edges of the stacked leather, inside and outside prior to clamping/sewing. 31
Plus 2 extra steps I probably over looked for good measure. 33
